100 Patriots

We are looking for 100 Patriots who share memories of our old gym 
and a vision for a new one!  

Goal: Our Goal is for 100 Patriots to donate $150 to our Gym Fund to fund the preliminary work with the architect, capital campaign company, etc.

Thank You: Each donor of $150 will receive a one-of-a-kind, personalized t-shirt as a thank you.

Process: In order to participate, you can:

– Complete this form and mail it in with a check (or bring it by the school office…we’d love to see you!).

– Donate online by clicking here to be directed back to our homepage in order to use the ONLINE DONATION red box in the bottom, right area.  Select Gymnasium as your donation area choice, and we will contact you for your t-shirt size (you can also list it under comments).

We will mail you a donation letter and will email you when your shirt is ready (if you are local), or will mail it to you if you are not.
