Process

Thank you for your interest in CCS!  We would welcome you to come in and take a tour of our campus and classrooms.  Contact the front office to schedule your tour. Tours are Tuesday from 9am-12pm.

We are confident that after you meet our staff and students, you will be very eager to continue the enrollment process.

The following documents are needed for the Application to be submitted:

– Admissions Recommendation form (Grades 6-12th)
– Birth Certificate
– Florida Health Entry Examination
– Record Florida Certificate of Immunization Record
– Transcripts or Last Report Card
– IEP/504B (if applicable)
– Custody Agreement/Decision-Making Authority/ Court order (if applicable)

• (for grades 1-11) scoring within the designated range on the admissions exam, and/or submitting the current year’s Complete Battery SAT score from their prior school

• successfully concluding an administrative interview with approval to continue the admissions process 

• making payment of all applicable fees
• making payment of all tuition and/or completing a Fast Automatic Cash Transfer System (FACTS) Tuition Management Company Agreement

Please note that the application does not guarantee enrollment. Applicants will receive a response (Offer Acceptance, Offer Decline, or Wait List) after the application has been reviewed and processed.
